Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac a short distance from Guildford town centre, backing on to open common land, with gate access to the North Downs directly from the garden.

It is a five bedroom detached house with large garden in a quiet residential area, a few minutes drive (or a short walk) to Guildford town centre. The house was built in the 1950's in the traditional Sussex Farmhouse tile hung style.

The house consists of:

Large fitted kitchen/breakfast room
Lounge/playroom
Large hall
Utility/washroom
Garage
Cloakroom with WC

Bathroom with WC
Double bedroom 1 with ensuite shower room and WC
Double bedroom 2
Double bedrom 3
Single bedroom 4

Study with occasional futon bed

Facilities:
Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, cable and satellite TV, video, hi-fi.

Guildford:
At the centre of the county of Surrey, a busy historic market town, with its shops, department stores, pubs, theatres, cubs, cinema, and restaurants (see more local info and listings). The town has a long history dating back to 880 AD (See more details about Guildford).

Guildford is ideally situated for exploring the South of England with easy access to London (35mins on the train to London Waterloo) and close to the M25 motorway for easy motorway links to all parts of the UK. Yet within only a few miles, some of the nearby rural villages retain the charm and serenity of traditional village life. House swap:
We have successfully swapped seven times already and would consider any destination in the future.

Our family is two adults and one 18 year old. We both work, one a Primary School teacher (hence the limited dates for holidays) and the other runs their own business.

We offer the house and car (if required and reciprocated), and are both non-smokers. We have friendly neighbours to provide help and assistance during your stay should you need it.
